Shipping policy
Items purchased online are generally available for pick up, delivery, or shipping within one to two weeks. Some custom and special order items may require more time. Provide your email address with your order and any specific questions or requests (such as specific shipping instructions or dates you will be available or unavailable to receive your items). You are also able to contact us directly with any questions about your order by calling (502)896-6687 or emailing Hello@WheelHouse.art.
PICK UP:
Any item purchased is available for pick up at the gallery for free.
The gallery is located at 2650 Frankfort Avenue, Louisville, KY 40206.
Once your order has been received, processed, and packed, you will receive a notification that it is ready for pick up. Curbside pick up is also available if you do not want to leave your vehicle. Simply call us at (502)896-6687 to let us know you are here and where your vehicle is located and we will bring your order out to you.
DELIVERY:
Local and regional delivery is available for any orders purchased online.
Local delivery (up to 25 miles from the gallery) is $150 for orders up to $10,000. Local delivery is FREE for orders over $10,000.
Local delivery radius (up to 25 miles from WheelHouse Art) include LaGrange, KY to the East, Mount Washington, KY to the South, Floyd Knobs, IN to the West, and Charlestown, IN to the North.
Regional delivery (25 to 100 miles from the gallery) is available for orders of $1000 and up for $450.
Regional delivery radius (up to 100 miles from WheelHouse Art) includes Cincinnati, OH, Lexington, KY, and Bloomington, IN.
We provide small scale, regional shuttle services to locations within approximately 500 miles of Louisville, KY. Metropolitan areas within WheelHouse Art's region include: Asheville, Atlanta, Birmingham, Cincinnati, Charlotte, Chattanooga, Chicago, Cleveland, Columbus, Detroit, Evansville, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Knoxville, Lexington, Memphis, Milwaukee, Nashville, Pittsburg, and St. Louis.

SHIPPING:
Most items will be shipped using UPS or FedEx Ground except for some oversized items that will require a freight carrier. Most locations within the continental United States are within three days shipping from Louisville, Kentucky, though it may take four or five days to ship to Western U.S. locations. Our shipping rates are based on order amount.
